Premium EMS: If your country is outside the K-Packet network, don’t worry! We offer a premium EMS service to ensure your package gets to you swiftly and securely. Takes 4-7 business days.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We know that returning or exchanging items online can feel scary, and we always want you to have total peace of mind. To make things as easy and flexible as possible, Ufulu proudly offers exchanges, refunds, or store credit for all regular orders worldwide within 14 days of delivery!
We want you to love your suit, so if the fit isn't right, we are happy to help you get a different size, a new piece that makes you feel radiant, or your money back.
Our Quality Check & Conditions
To keep our community safe and clean, and for any return transaction to be officially finalized, your items must pass our quality check:
Timeline: You must contact us to request your return within 14 days of your package being delivered.
The Condition Check: Items must be in perfect, brand-new condition, completely unworn, and unwashed, with all tags and the hygiene liner strictly intact. Once our team receives and checks your return, your exchange, refund, or store credit will be immediately processed.
Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes, please note that all sale items are Final Sale. Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit. Because of this, we highly recommend messaging us for a Live Sizing Consultation before purchasing any discounted pieces!
